Protein Bean Crackers for Passover
Insanely tasty crackers, high in protein, gluten-free, vegan and kosher for Passover, made from cooked beans.

Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup cooked beans (I used red beans)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaping tbsp chia seeds
- Salt, black pepper and paprika
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) (I always use the fan/turbo setting).
- 2Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a slightly sticky, uniform texture.
- 3Spread all the dough onto a sheet of baking paper.
- 4Place another sheet of baking paper on top (spritz it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking).
- 5Roll out with a rolling pin.
- 6Cut with a pizza cutter to your desired cracker size.
- 7Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- 8Important: wait a few minutes for the crackers to cool before eating.
