Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake
A warm, comforting chocolate mug cake made in the microwave in just minutes. Gluten-free, vegan, low carb and high in protein.

Ingredients
- 5 cubes of dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I used soy milk)
- 2 teaspoons natural maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon good-quality cocoa powder
- 1.5 tablespoons almond flour
- A pinch of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I used hazelnut butter)
Instructions
- 1Place the chocolate cubes, coconut oil and milk in a cozy mug that is microwave-safe.
- 2Microwave for 1 minute to melt.
- 3Take it out of the microwave and add the rest of the dry ingredients to the mug.
- 4Stir and return to the microwave for another 2.5 minutes, and that's it.
