Apple Strudel

Ingredients

For the dough

  • 2 cups green buckwheat flour
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp natural maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp psyllium (essential)

For the filling

  • 5 apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp natural maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Mix all the dough ingredients into a uniform dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3Meanwhile make the filling in a pan: coconut oil, apples, cinnamon, and maple until the apples soften.
  4. 4Cool slightly, roll out the dough, fill, and roll up.
  5. 5Place in a pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
