Three-Ingredient Toaster Flatbread
A flatbread you make right in the toaster from just three ingredients with water and spices. High in protein, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and vegan.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (I recommend buying whole flax seeds and grinding them in a spice grinder just before making)
- 5 tbsp water (for the flax mixture)
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp green buckwheat flour
- Spices to taste (I used salt, pepper, paprika and za'atar)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- 1Mix the ground flax seeds with the 5 tbsp water and set aside for a few minutes until it forms a gel-like paste.
- 2Heat up a toaster.
- 3Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Start with 1/4 cup water and add more as needed.
- 4Place a sheet of parchment paper in the toaster and spread the batter onto it.
- 5Toast for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the strength of your toaster.
