Teff Flour Bread
A teff flour bread that is tasty, healthy and filling, rich in protein and iron, low in carbs, gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients
- 2 cups teff flour
- 1 cup red lentil flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup milk (can be replaced with 1 cup water)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). I always use the turbo (fan) setting.
- 2Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3Add the wet ingredients.
- 4Mix until you get a uniform batter.
- 5Transfer to a baking pan and bake for about half an hour.
