Protein Pea-Flour Buns
Protein-rich buns made from green pea flour and ground pumpkin seeds. Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and fully vegan.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pea flour
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, ground in a strong blender into a kind of flour
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 heaping tablespoons psyllium (the buns cannot be made without it)
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a runny batter.
- 3Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 4Shape into any bun shape you like.
- 5Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 25 minutes.
