Orange Lentil Flour Rolls
Soft, comforting rolls made from orange (red) lentil flour, low in carbs and rich in protein, fiber, and iron. Vegan, gluten-free, and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
- 3 cups orange (red) lentil flour
- 1 cup psyllium (cannot be skipped)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons aluminum-free baking powder
- 3 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Just before putting the rolls in, lower it to 180°C (350°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the dough comes together.
- 3Shape into rolls. You don't need a roll pan, you can shape a roll and place it on a regular baking tray.
- 4Bake for about 20 minutes.
- 5These rolls have no preservatives, so it's best to freeze them.
