Orange Lentil Flour Rolls

Soft, comforting rolls made from orange (red) lentil flour, low in carbs and rich in protein, fiber, and iron. Vegan, gluten-free, and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups orange (red) lentil flour
  • 1 cup psyllium (cannot be skipped)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons aluminum-free baking powder
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Just before putting the rolls in, lower it to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the dough comes together.
  3. 3Shape into rolls. You don't need a roll pan, you can shape a roll and place it on a regular baking tray.
  4. 4Bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5These rolls have no preservatives, so it's best to freeze them.
