Orange Lentil and Almond Flour Pitas
Healthy pitas with a wonderful pocket for filling, giving you everything a carb can give but in a healthy, low-carb, protein-rich version.

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange lentil flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- A little olive oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a slightly sticky batter.
- 2Heat a pan with a little olive oil.
- 3Place 1/3 of the batter in the pan, flatten it and shape it into a pita.
- 4After a few minutes flip to the other side and wait a little longer until the pita is done.
- 5And that's it, you have a pita with a wonderful pocket for filling.
