Homemade Cornflakes
Healthy homemade cornflakes that are tasty, high in protein and low in carbs, made from just four ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons 100% natural maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
- 3Spread the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 4Using a knife, cut lengthwise and crosswise into strips the size you want your cornflakes to be.
- 5Bake for about 15 minutes.
- 6When ready, crumble into a bowl, add milk, and enjoy.
