Green Buckwheat Bread
A warm, comforting loaf made from green buckwheat, rich in protein, iron, zinc, and fiber. No kneading and no long proofing, just blend everything and bake.

Ingredients
- 500 g green buckwheat
- 1 level tsp yeast
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp date syrup (silan)
Instructions
- 1Soak the buckwheat in water for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
- 2Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 3Drain and rinse the buckwheat well.
- 4Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together.
- 5Transfer to a baking tin and bake for about 20 minutes, and that's it.
