Green Buckwheat and Banana Toaster Pancake
A vegan, gluten-free two-ingredient pancake that is high in protein and indulgent, ready in the toaster in minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 and a half cups green buckwheat, soaked for at least 2 hours
- 2 ripe bananas
Instructions
- 1Add the buckwheat and bananas to a blender and blend into a runny, slightly sticky batter.
- 2Turn on the toaster and lay a sheet of baking paper on it.
- 3Using a spoon, place some of the batter on the baking paper, close the toaster, and wait a few minutes (the time depends on how strong your toaster is).
- 4Serve with 100% natural maple syrup and blueberries.
