Almond Flour and Protein Yogurt Rolls
Incredibly easy two-ingredient rolls that are low carb, high in protein, gluten-free, and vegan.

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 protein yogurt (I used a vegan protein yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A small pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients together until you get a uniform, slightly sticky dough.
- 3Wet your hands and shape the dough into any roll shape you like.
- 4Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the rolls turn golden.
