Almond Flour and Protein Yogurt Rolls

Incredibly easy two-ingredient rolls that are low carb, high in protein, gluten-free, and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 protein yogurt (I used a vegan protein yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A small pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients together until you get a uniform, slightly sticky dough.
  3. 3Wet your hands and shape the dough into any roll shape you like.
  4. 4Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the rolls turn golden.
