Vegan Protein Bagels (Gluten-Free)
Crisp, indulgent bagels made from protein yogurt and almond or chickpea flour, high in protein and low in carbs. Sweet or savory, perfect after a strength workout.

Ingredients
- Protein yogurt (I used a vegan one)
- 2 cups almond flour for sweet bagels, or chickpea flour for savory bagels
- For savory bagels: coarse salt, sesame seeds, and za'atar for sprinkling
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix the yogurt with the almond or chickpea flour into a slightly sticky dough.
- 3Divide the dough into four parts and shape each into a bagel.
- 4For savory bagels: sprinkle coarse salt, sesame seeds, and za'atar on top.
- 5Bake until the bagels are golden and crisp, about 12 to 15 minutes.
