Vegan Millet Flour Rolls

Millet flour rolls that are high in protein, gluten-free, low in carbs, and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups millet flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup psyllium husk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2.5 cups water

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. 3Add the wet ingredients.
  4. 4Stir until you get a smooth, slightly runny batter.
  5. 5Cover with a towel and let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6Shape into rolls (wetting your hands helps) in any shape you like.
  7. 7Bake for about half an hour at 180°C (350°F).
