Three-Flour Bread
A vegan, gluten-free bread made from three flours, low in carbs and rich in protein and fiber, made easily in a blender.

Ingredients
- 2 cups orange lentil flour
- 1 cup teff flour
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 soft tofu or 4 eggs
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup plant-based or regular milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp whole tahini
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
- 3Grease a baking pan (raw tahini adds extra nutritional value).
- 4Pour the batter into the pan.
- 5Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
