Teff Flour Rolls for Passover
Bite-sized rolls that are kosher for Passover, high in protein, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. Perfect all year round.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups teff flour
- 2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 tsp silan (date syrup)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2.5 cups water
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
- 3With damp hands, shape the dough into whatever roll shape you like. You can also form it into a single loaf.
- 4Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
