Red Lentil and Green Buckwheat Flour Bread
A homemade bread made from red lentil flour and green buckwheat flour, high in protein and gluten-free. Baked in a loaf pan, it comes out soft and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentil flour
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs or half a package of silken tofu
- 1 cup milk / water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon whole tahini
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl.
- 3Add the dry ingredients.
- 4Mix, transfer to a loaf pan, and bake for about half an hour.
