Yeast-free protein rolls, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- 1 cup teff flour
- 1 cup protein powder (e.g. almond protein powder)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp psyllium
- juice of 1 small lemon
- seasoning to taste (salt, black pepper, za'atar)
- sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients into a stable, uniform dough.
- 3Shape into rolls (no special pan needed).
- 4Top with sesame seeds and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- 5Let the rolls cool before serving.
