Protein Flatbread with Orange Lentil Flour in the Toaster

A high-protein flatbread from just three ingredients, baked in the toaster in 2-3 minutes. Fast, filling and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons orange lentil flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon whole tahini (I use whole Ethiopian tahini)
  • 2-3 tablespoons brewer's yeast (optional, but adds a lot)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. 1Turn on the toaster.
  2. 2Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3Add water while whisking by hand. The batter should reach a slightly thin pancake consistency.
  4. 4Lay a sheet of baking paper in the toaster and pour the batter on top. I like to flatten it into a rectangle shape.
  5. 5Bake for 2-3 minutes until you get a great flatbread.
  6. 6Spread on whatever you like and enjoy.
