Pea Flour Bread

A green pea-flour bread, very rich in protein, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pea flour
  • 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 3 tbsp psyllium
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ cups water
  • seasoning to taste (salt, black pepper, za'atar)
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients into a uniform dough.
  3. 3Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4Place in a pan, shape into a loaf, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. 5Bake for about 30 minutes.
