A green pea-flour bread, very rich in protein, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.

Ingredients
- 3 cups pea flour
- 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 3 tbsp psyllium
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ cups water
- seasoning to taste (salt, black pepper, za'atar)
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients into a uniform dough.
- 3Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- 4Place in a pan, shape into a loaf, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 5Bake for about 30 minutes.
