Green Lentil and Psyllium Rolls
Healthy, simple rolls made from 12 cups, based on green lentils and psyllium, gluten-free and high in protein.

Ingredients
- 3 cups green lentils, soaked for at least 2 hours
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons psyllium (the rolls cannot be made without it)
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- Seasoning to taste (I used pink Himalayan salt and black pepper)
- 1 1/4 cups water, added gradually
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth dough.
- 3Shape the dough into any roll shape you like and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 4Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
