Green Buckwheat and Beet Heart Focaccia

A pink heart-shaped focaccia made from green buckwheat and beets, gluten-free, vegan and low in carbs. Rich in iron and protein, and perfect for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 500 g green buckwheat, soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 2 cooked beets
  • Half a cup of water
  • Spices to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth, pink, even batter.
  3. 3Spread the batter onto parchment paper in a baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
