Ingredients
- 500 g green buckwheat, soaked for at least 2 hours
- 2 cooked beets
- Half a cup of water
- Spices to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth, pink, even batter.
- 3Spread the batter onto parchment paper in a baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
