Baked Oatmeal and Apple Breakfast Cake
A baked oatmeal cake with apples, applesauce and protein yogurt. Rich in protein and fiber, gently sweetened with date syrup or natural maple, and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 1/3 cups milk of any kind
- 1 cup applesauce
- Protein yogurt of your choice
- 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup or date syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- 2In a bowl, start with the dry ingredients, then slowly add the wet ones and mix everything together.
- 3Transfer to a baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
