One of the first questions women ask when they come to the studio: "Should I start with private sessions or join a group?" There's no single right answer, it depends on who you are, where you are, and what your goals are.

Private Sessions – What They Offer

Full Attention

When you're one-on-one with the instructor, every second is dedicated to you. Every movement is checked, every error corrected, every small success identified and reinforced. Progress in this format is faster.

Complete Customisation

Do you have knee pain? A history of back injury? Pregnant? Postpartum? In a private session the programme is built precisely for you, you won't need to skip exercises because of limitations.

Your Own Pace

Not too fast, not too slow. The pace is tailored exactly to your level and how you feel that day.

Group Classes – What They Offer

Group Energy

Something happens in a room with other people, energy, inspiration, community. Many of our clients say the group is what motivates them to show up even on days they don't feel like it.

Lower Cost

A group class costs less than a private session, which allows training more frequently on the same budget.

Positive Competition

Seeing others progress motivates us. Not from negative rivalry, but inspiration.

Friendships and Social Support

Small groups become communities. Many of our clients have formed deep friendships through their classes.

The Combination Approach – What Most of Our Clients Do

The best solution for most women: start private, then combine.

  • First 1-2 months: private sessions to build correct technique
  • After that: one private session + 1-2 group classes per week
  • As needed: additional private sessions for periods of focused improvement
