Post-Workout Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 cup green buckwheat flour
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup 100% natural maple syrup
  • 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1.5 cups soy milk (or any other milk)
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (or any other fruit)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp natural vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3Transfer to a pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

A cake for after a workout: protein-rich, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. I made it with fresh strawberries, but any fruit you love works. Love your body and treat it to good things.
